Email templates

The three email template HTML files are:

1. Domestic prospective students template – this is for domestic prospective students, as this includes domestic social media channels.
2. International prospective students template – this is for international prospective students, as this includes international social media channels.
3. Corporate email template – this is for all non-prospective student communications.

Important notes about these files:

• Your own system hyperlinks need to be added to these HTML files, such as the view online and unsubscribe functionality. These are indicated in the HTML as: INSERT SYSTEM LINK. If your email management system does not have “Manage subscriptions” functionality, remove this text from the HTML.
• These templates include social media links to the central UQ social media accounts. If you wish to update these links to your team’s social media links, then update the links on these images in the HTML, or you can remove the social media section from the template. Please contact brand@uq.edu.au if you require an icon for a social media channel not on this template.
• All usage of these email templates needs to be approved by OMC. Please send a test email to brand@uq.edu.au.
