UQ media training is for academics, professional staff and PhD students who would like to engage with the media. Effectively communicating your work to news media can be important for building your profile and the University's reputation.

This training covers how the media operates, what journalists expect and how the University can develop good relationships with the media in order to promote research and enhance our reputation. It also provides participants with the opportunity to practice skills necessary for media interviews.
