As a Centre of Excellence within UQ, the Customer Research and Design team is available as a support to staff across UQ. While the team’s first priority is supporting the CX Program initiatives, they may be able to support in the following ways. Please contact the Customer Research and Design team for more information. 

  • Conducting CX or market research (where available). 

  • Providing CX or market research support, guidance, coaching or advice. 

  • Providing access to research reports and insights on certain topics of interest, 

  • Providing UX/UI or Service design support, guidance or advice. 

  • Providing advice on website design and navigation. 

  • Providing access to students on the experience panel for user research.
