UQ has an approved supplier list of photographers – we do not have staff photographers.
All photo shoots and events where people will be easily identifiable in the photos, regardless of whether they are on- or off-campus, must have consent forms completed in advance.
4. Attend the shoot
- Either you or a nominated representative must attend the shoot with the supplier.
- Remember to print image consent forms if you will be shooting individuals who are identifiable in your photos.
