Book photography

UQ has an approved supplier list of photographers – we do not have staff photographers.

All photo shoots and events where people will be easily identifiable in the photos, regardless of whether they are on- or off-campus, must have consent forms completed in advance.

1. Before booking

Is new photography necessary?
- It’s possible the images you need already exist on our image database, the UQ Digital Asset Manager, so check before deciding to go ahead with photography. For Brand compliant images, make sure you are searching within the General Images (for marketing, communication and promotional use) folder.

Have you secured funding approval for your shoot?
- This is required before you approach suppliers.
